The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region announced the provision of (30) seats in Hungary for students who want to complete their higher studies (Masters and PhD) for the academic year (2020-2021) within the framework of the agreement between the Ministry and the Ministry of Human Capacity of Hungary.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Aram M. Qadir said that the State of Hungary stood by the Kurdish people and provided assistance to the Kurdistan Region in the face of ISIS and the financial crisis, and praised the role of Hungary to continue its assistance to the Peshmerga forces on the one hand and grant students to the region graduate seats annually on the other hand.
